Lead Generator/Online Bidder

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer.com. 
  2. Research client requirements and share high-quality opportunities with the Business Development team. 
  3. Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and ensure timely follow-ups. 
  4. Track project opportunities and update CRM/internal trackers. 
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversions. 
  6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. 
  7. Stay updated with market trends and new project postings. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Lead Generation or Business Development. 
  • Hands-on experience using Upwork and Freelancer.com for lead generation. 
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI, SaaS, and Custom Software Solutions. 
  • Excellent research and analytical skills. 
  • Good written English communication skills. 
  • Experience working with CRM tools is an advantage. 
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other lead generation platforms is a plus, but not mandatory. 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven. 
  • Willing to work Night Shift (US Business Hours).
